WHAT IS THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal can be exercised without any penalty and without having to specify the reason. It can be exercised within 14 days of receiving the goods by sending a letter via registered mail to the seller's headquarters or N1 srl - Via Perugino 26 - 20135 Milan or by sending an email to online@showroomn1.it
Within the same period or at the same time, the goods must be returned.
To exercise the withdrawal it is essential that the goods are intact and that the object has the original packaging, complete with all tags.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer.
The price paid for the item will be refunded within 30 days of returning the goods. (The right of withdrawal is excluded for products that may be customized or already replaced.)
RETURN FOR EXCHANGE OF GOODS and/or REFUND
Returns are permitted within 14 days of receiving the package at home.
The costs of returning the product for exchange of goods are borne by the customer. For Italy the cost is €5.50.
In case of exercising the right of return for exchange of goods, the procedure to follow is:
- Write an email to online@showroomn1.it or send a registered letter to N1 srl - Via Perugino 26 - 20135 Milan
- Follow the return procedure methods as per the communication received from our customer service.
- Please ensure that the products are in the same condition in which they were received, with all tags attached.
Remember that you can only ship your return from the country where you placed the order.
Furthermore, it is specified that for the return to be successful, the returned products must be in the same condition in which they arrived:
- have not been used
- they are not dirty or damaged
- are not subject to washing
-have the product descriptive label attached
The product must be returned within 48 hours of receiving the email from our customer service (the date indicated on the postmark or courier's transport document will prevail).
The return will be handled within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse. The outcome of the same will be communicated within the same period (acceptance with replacement of the product or refund in case of impossibility of replacement). Refunds are made via bank transfer or Paypal refund.
(NB: if you took advantage of any discounts at the time of purchase, the free shipping costs for the new replacement product will no longer apply. In this case, a contribution equal to the standard rates applied at the time of ordering will be required).
